Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Assist management with reports, data entry, and basic accounts-related work.
- Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, and overall facility management.
- Support internal teams with administrative requirements and task follow-ups.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed across departments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Professional attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in office administration is preferred.

Roles & Responsibility
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and exit procedures for employees.
- Support HR policies, employee engagement activities, and grievance handling.
- Prepare HR reports such as attrition, attendance, leave, and performance updates.
- Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts team.
- Ensure compliance with company rules, HR guidelines, and labor regulations.
- Act as a point of contact between management and employees.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR functions, recruitment, and employee management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in records.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in HR is an added advantage.
